The introduction of Sage OilVac Gear Oil exchange units into Australia provides operators with an extremely efficient alternative to traditional oil change out methods on Wind Turbines or other elevated equipment including gearboxes such as in crushing or processing plants.

• Change out times can be dramatically reduced as apposed to traditional methods.

• The new product cleanliness integrity can be controlled as a consequence of the on board 3 Micron filter system and fully contained system.

• The Sage OilVac system allows the operator to heat new oil permitting faster replenishment of new oil.

• Used oil is cleanly and safely extracted to the on board used oil tank for appropriate disposal.

• Extraction of used oil can be performed through quick connect couplings or vacuum straws which enable operators to remove contamination from difficult to access positions.

Remarkably all of this can be achieved whilst accessing equipment at elevated heights of up to 90 metres.
