TURBINE FLUSHING

The versatility of the Sage OilVac Wind Turbine gear oil exchange systems is demonstrated by their proven suitability for on site Gas and Steam Turbine flushing .

  • The flushing fluid can be heated for more effective removal of varnish deposits.
  • The flushing fluid is filtered through a 3 Micron filter system.
  • Contaminated flushing fluid is removed from chambers by powerful vacuum utilising vacuum straws. This method maximises the capture of contaminants from difficult to access points within the turbine tanks.
All of this can be achieved cleanly and efficiently with contaminated flushing fluid completely contained within the mobile Sage OilVac unit, ready for appropriate disposal or treatment off site as required by the operator
