" We chose and purchased the Oil Vac unit due to the simplicity and design.The fact the unit has no pumps it means a lot less maintenance and less thing to go wrong. The fact the unit can also fill itself by vacuum means that if you have a big job you can upload oil into the unit from drums with our carrying additional pumps.

The quality of the Oil Vac module is very good. The unit travels some very harsh roads with Komatsu.We had some slight teething problems however that is always expected and Jon from Oil Vac was onto it straight away to resolve any issues and improve the design.

The unit is great.It looks professional, is clean and environmentally compliant.The way we have set our unit up you means can drain and fill all oils through the fast fill connectors if the machine is set up to cater for this.The unit is also very quiet with no pumps or compressors running during the service.The unit is also impossible to contaminate the oil from outside conditions such as dust and water entry unlike pump style set ups like we used to have.

The speed is much faster than our original service module we had which used standard air pumps.The filling time is much faster in many ways. As it is impossible to overfill this means you don't have to sit there and watch the tanks fill up and this valuable time can be spent doing other things. Operation of the unit is simple and easy.

We receive great after sales back up from Jon. With regular calls to ensure the is no problems and when there is a problem most issues are sorted out straight away ".

We purchased  the two 21120 trailer mounted Oilvac System in February 2009 ,all the fittings and equipment supplied on the Oilvac trailers to this point have had virtually no maintenance apart from the scheduled filter changes on the new product dispensing reels.


The main advantage of the Oilvac System is the self loading qualities, its capacitys, reliability and time savings. Service time is virtually halved.


Our customers love the fact that there is zero contamination on their worksite and filters and waste oil are recycled back at home base.
We also use our Oilvac trailer to empty truck, fuel and hydraulic tanks when requiring repairs, after the repairs are completed we simply return the oil back into the repaired tank. Huge saving in time and loss of  fuel / lubricants without any clean up costs and the fluids are filtered on return.
