Sage oilvac® Pump Free Lubricant Evac. Exchange Systems
The Sage OilVac® system does not utilize mechanical geared or diaphragm pumps*.
As a result the virtually maintenance free service life an OilVac® system has the potential to add great asset value to any business. There are a number of innovative and patented features of the Sage OilVac®system. Whilst the Sage OilVac® system is a patented and unique system,it delivers outstanding benefits, yet it is simplistic in its operating design and allows operators to perform a lubricating fluid exchange very quickly without compromising operator and environmental safety.
Many different models are available.Sage OilVac® units are in service across a broad range of applications, including the military.They can be found operating in extreme and harsh environments from Polar to Desert conditions.They are modular, easy to handle and can be transported on trailers, the back of worksite small vehicles, trucks, static mounted in workshops or trolley design.Sage also offers industry a specialized Wind Turbine unit for Lubricant change outs.These units are capable of pumping and removing gear oils over a vertical height of 90 metres and reduce the task time by up to 80%.
The purchase of each Sage OilVac® system includes a comprehensive product familiarization and operational training session to ensure optimum value. The Sage OilVac® system is sold with a product manual and online training guide to enable in house training for users of the system, post acquisition.
The pressure and vacuum tanks incorporated in the Sage OilVac® units are manufactured tested and approved to comply with ASME and Australian Standard 1210 relating to pressure and vacuum vessels.
Sage OilVac® systems are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase.
Should any replacement parts be required beyond the warranty period, these are readily available.
OilVac's patented design allows operators the choice to perform operating temperature lube exchanges with traditional gravity drain or utilise existing or fitted FEMCO quick connect fittings.
